(2023) Maximizing Individual Goalkeeper Training

Join Notre Dame Assistant Coach Lauren Benner for skills and drills to make the most out of your 1:1 time with goalies!

This session will take coaches through different training drills to work with their goalies to improve footwork, hand/eye coordination, reaction time and save technique. The goal is that coaches walk away with not just new drill ideas, but also an advanced understanding of the application of these drills and how they translate to in-cage live play.
