“Culture" is a word often used by us in the coaching community, but it is not easily defined or understood. Constructing a positive team culture is also critically important for new head coaches. As a new head coach, what do you envision for your program? Enough players to roster a team? More wins than losses? Limited team drama? Or all the above? This presentation is for new head coaches and will discuss building a team culture and healthy environment for players and coaches to thrive in. It will also include team bonding ideas and activities for whether you’re in person or virtual.
