Why do you coach lacrosse? Why should people follow you as a leader?
Leading from a place of authenticity and inspiring others to act, requires first understanding your "why." When we understand our why (the values that we hold to be true) we can then have a clear guide for what we want to do, and how we want to do it.
Join Williams Head Coach, Alice Lee, as she takes you on a personal journey towards finding her "why" and learn how reflection can help you take your coaching to the next level.
