Join James Kocherhans, Senior Consultant and Mike Holmes, Technical Consultant from Methods, in the CXM Innovation Hub. This session will cover some of the recent innovation work in CXM using webhooks and/or API’s. We recommend all CXM customers attend this session as well as customers who would like to know more about CXM’s capabilities. The end of the session provides the opportunity to ask James or Mike, along with CXM Product Owner Tom Nickalls, any questions.

James Kocherhans has a wide range of specialities focusing largely on digital best practice. James has been responsible for implementing over 20 major implementation projects at Jadu Creative including www.planningportal.co.uk website.

James has been providing Technical Consultancy for some of our largest customers, helping them identify their technical requirements and produce the information required for technical specifications and business cases. You can call upon James’ expertise to help you allay any concerns you may have by providing you with training, consultancy, service design or digital strategy.

Mike Holmes
Technical Consultant, Methods
Mike is an experienced technical consultant, architect, and developer with expertise in requirements elicitation, process analysis, component and interface design. He has a particular interest in data architecture, analysis, visualisation, and migration, with experience of leading and delivering complex data migrations within local authority settings. Since joining Methods, as a Technical Consultant, Mike has focused on service design and delivery on the Jadu Continuum Platform, leading the collaborative team that managed the successful implementation of the platform for Lincolnshire County Council.

Tom Nickalls
CXM Product Owner
Tom Nickalls is Product Manager for CXM, Jadu’s case management and customer experience product. Tom has a background in software implementation and building products, working as a consultant delivering business intelligence solutions for large IT outsourcing and oil and gas organisations. Joining Jadu in 2014, Tom moved into the product management role and has since found his passion working across technical teams and with customers to build products.

Richard Friend
Vice President, Jadu UK
Richard has worked in public, financial and private sectors in a career focused on delivering both organisational change and service delivery through digitisation.

As a former project and programme manager, Richard joined Jadu in 2010 as Global Business Manager to oversee the growth of its International Businesses. A Director since 2011, his current role is Vice President of Jadu Limited overseeing the UK businesses.
