Dr. Thirumavalavan is a fellowship-trainedand board certified urologist who specializes in male infertility, male sexual dysfunction and men's health.

After attending the Boston University College of Arts and Sciences for his undergraduate degree, he went on to complete medical school at Boston University School of Medicine. Subsequently, he completed his Internship in General Surgery and Residency in Urology at Boston Medical Center.

He then completed a National Institutes of Health sponsored fellowship in Male Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He is University Hospitals’ Chief of Male Reproductive and Sexual Health, and Associate Professor of Urology at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
