Sharon's journey with Kinetic started in July 2002 as a Trainer, where she took on the world of commercial training and was soon promoted to Senior Trainer. Prior to joining Kinetic, Sharon embraced a career within the hospitality industry with various roles from Receptionist to Front of House Manager leading a team of 6 within hotels. After leaving the hotel industry, she became an Installer/Trainer for a software company, training within the hotel industry. More recently Sharon joined the Sales and Marketing team in her current role of Client Success Manager. Sharon knows Kinetic's products inside out and is also now responsible for onboarding our Pulse customers.
