Participants will gain knowledge of the Delegation of Authority and its authorized roles and responsibilities for Approving and Awarding Officials. Participants will also gain knowledge of applicable federal statutes and regulations relative to the Indian Self-Determination Act and the Tribally Controlled Schools Act.
