About this Course
This course will be presented over three (s) days. The Single Audit Act requires the auditor(s) to review compliance with regulations and financial reports. The tribe's/organization's financial records are examined to ensure correct financial reporting and to ensure the tribe has complied with all proper uses of Federal funds, including Federal Emergency Relief Funds. The OMB Uniform Requirements (2 CFR Part 200), in Subpart F - Audit Requirements, contain regulations that implement the Single Audit Act.
