Event description: Is your New Year’s Resolution to retain more customers in 2025? If so, look no further than our interactive workshop. In this training, you’ll build three key segments based on your subscribers’ shopping behaviour over BFCM: first-time purchasers, non-purchasers, and an easy upsell segment. We’ll also share some highly personalized sample content that you can use to convert the low-hanging fruit over the winter holiday, and retain those customers who are already beginning to know and love your brand. You put in a lot of hard work to attract new subscribers during the busiest shopping period of the year, so let’s make sure they continue to choose your brand well after the seasonal sales have ended!

Intended audience: Join this training if you are an entrepreneur, email marketing or retention specialist who ramped up your acquisition efforts over BFCM, and now wants to convert and retain those fresh email and SMS subscribers.

Note: if you attended our post-BFCM workshop, we will be creating the same segments. You do not need to attend both workshops.

Tips for success:

  • Log into Klaviyo ahead of time and be ready to build
  • Use a second monitor or device so you can view both the webinar and your account
