In this training, you’ll build three key segments based on your subscribers’ shopping behaviour over BFCM: first-time purchasers, non-purchasers, and an easy upsell segment. We’ll also share some highly personalized sample content that you can use to convert the low-hanging fruit over the winter holiday, and retain those customers who are already beginning to know and love your brand. You put in a lot of hard work to attract new subscribers during the busiest shopping period of the year, so let’s make sure they continue to choose your brand well after the seasonal sales have ended!
