Jenn Brisebois is a principal customer experience program manager at Klaviyo. She focuses on running content programs that enable customers to grow and reach their full business potential. She joined Klaviyo’s customer education team in 2021 where she designed and delivered live training for tens of thousands of customers, developed on-demand courses for customers and agency partners, and pioneered the Klaviyo Academy content strategy. Prior to Klaviyo, Jenn helped a variety of businesses in niche industries (wholesale dancewear, exotic bird stores, dance studios, motivational speakers) with digital marketing strategy and execution. When not at work, you can find her flexing her 20+ years of dance training at a local studio or bouldering at the climbing gym.
