She joined Klaviyo’s customer education team in 2021 where she designed and delivered live training for tens of thousands of customers, developed on-demand courses for customers and agency partners, and pioneered the Klaviyo Academy content strategy. Prior to Klaviyo, Jenn helped a variety of businesses in niche industries (wholesale dancewear, exotic bird stores, dance studios, motivational speakers) with digital marketing strategy and execution.
