Jeremy B. Armstrong currently serves as manager of the Customer Service Contact Center for the Virginia Department of Taxation. He has worked for the agency for 13 years. He manages office and home-based staff who handle inbound and outbound contacts through telephone, correspondence, and a walk-in center. Previously, he was Supervisor of Quality Assurance and an Individual Income Tax Team Leader.

Lee Mikelson joined the Virginia Department of Taxation in May 1997. She has held several positions since joining the department and is currently leading agency wide Business Process Improvement efforts.
