Tim is the Technical Readiness Manager at Lansweeper and part of the Customer Experience team, focusing on live Q&A sessions, training, and creating technical content. With over 25 years in IT, Tim has held positions ranging from SysAdmin to SecAdmin, architected networks and even ran his own IT repair shop for 6 years. He was a Lansweeper customer for 7 years before joining the company. In his personal time, Tim enjoys life on a hobby farm in rural Kansas with his wife and six children.
