We are excited to host a special in-person workshop led by mindfulness coach Ms. Che Ying Leung. This workshop is designed specifically for parents of children with ADHD, offering them an opportunity to learn and practice mindfulness techniques to find inner peace and strength when facing the challenges associated with ADHD.

Ms. Leung brings her extensive experience in mindfulness training to guide parents through practical exercises, helping them explore ways to reduce stress, enhance emotional regulation, and effectively manage daily challenges. Participants will have the chance to experience the benefits of mindfulness firsthand and learn how to create a calm and supportive environment at home.

This workshop is not only a space for learning mindfulness but also a platform for parents to connect, share experiences, and support one another. Regardless of your experience level with mindfulness, Ms. Leung’s guidance will help you discover practical strategies tailored to you and your family. We hope that every participant will find inner peace during this session and bring positive change to their families.

Founder of Mindful Space Counselling Service / Psychological Counselor Mindfulness Teacher
Daphne 是靜觀空間的創辦人。她於2013年起從事心理輔導工作,現為私人執業心理輔導員和靜觀導師,並為基督教家庭服務中心轄下之盈力僱員服務顧問兼任培訓導師。

她的日常工作主要是運用認知行為治療及靜觀認知療法去處理不同個案,協助成年人及青少年解決情緒、工作、家庭婚姻及學業等壓力問題,並針對臨床性質症狀包括抑鬱症、焦慮症、強迫性行為、專注力不足及過度活躍症等,提供心理治療服務。

此外,Daphne為不同公私營公司、大學、中小學及社福機構提供靜觀培訓、園藝治療、森林浴及頌缽音頻工作坊等,並在工餘時間為癌症患者及社福機構義務舉辦靜觀相關的活動。

Daphne的學歷包括: 輔導學碩士(香港大學) 、工商管理碩士(南澳州大學) 、心理學學士 (上愛荷華大學) 、靜觀認知治療課程導師 (香港靜觀中心暨牛津靜觀中心)

在從事心理輔導工作之前,Daphne已擁有逾15年在上市公司的商業管理、銷售及市場推廣工作經驗,深切了解職場上的壓力。

Daphne is the founder of Mindful Space Counselling Service. She has engaged in psychological counseling since 2013 and is currently a private practicing counsellor and mindfulness instructor. She also serves as a training instructor for the Christian Family Service Centre's employment service consultancy.

Her daily work mainly involves using cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy to handle different cases, assisting adults and adolescents in resolving emotional, work, family, marriage, and academic stress issues. She provides psychological therapy services for clients with clinical symptoms such as depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorders.

In addition, Daphne provides mindfulness training, horticultural therapy, forest bathing, and singing bowl audio workshops for various public and private companies, universities, primary and secondary schools, and social welfare organizations. In her spare time, she volunteers to organize mindfulness-related activities for cancer patients and social welfare organizations.

Daphne’s qualifications include Master in Counselling (HKU), M.B.A.(UniSA), Bachelor in Psychology (UIU), and Foundation Course for Teaching Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (HK / UK).

Prior to her work in psychological counseling, Daphne had over 15 years of experience in business management, sales, and marketing in listed companies, gaining a deep understanding of workplace stress.
