擁有經濟科學碩士學位及橫跨三大洲超過20年豐富經驗,Loïc 堅信以慈善之心和商業頭腦推動社會創新。他目前帶領 WISE 匯菁,致力於透過就業賦權殘障人士。於2024年上半年,他和團隊已經提供了120小時的殘障共融培訓,支持超過2,300人的人才庫,並成功協助23名殘障人士找到有意義且優質的工作。同時,WISE 匯菁團隊意識到肩負的責任,與超過50家僱主、30所學術機構、政府部門及超過40家非牟利持份者攜手合作,致力於在香港促進有意義的社會影響。

With a Master’s in Economic Sciences and over 20 years of diverse experience across three continents, Loïc believes in social innovation by leading with a charitable heart and a business mind. He now leads WISE 匯菁, driving its mission to empower people living with disabilities through employment. In the first half of 2024, he and his team have delivered 120 hours of training on disability inclusion. Supporting a talent pool of over 2,300 people, they have successfully placed 23 individuals into meaningful and quality employment in the same period. Conscious of the work at hand, the WISE 匯菁 team collaborates with over 50 employers, 30 academic institutions, government departments, and more than 40 nonprofilt stakeholders to foster meaningful social impact in Hong Kong.
