Noelle founded Diverse Minds Ltd, an organization dedicated to creating an inclusive future where all neurological styles are accepted and embraced. As someone who is autistic (and ADHD), Noelle is especially aware of the importance of neurodivergent voices being heard and valued within the workplace. With a background of over 15 years in corporate settings, Noelle has developed and managed global programs for governance, strategy, privacy, information security, training, and risk management for companies like E-Health Ontario, CIBC, and Sun Life Financial.

Now in Hong Kong, Noelle helps organizations leverage neurodiversity to enhance team
performance and business outcomes, offering specialized neurodiversity training for professionals and developing strategic plans, frameworks, and tools to address current gaps in neurodiversity practices. She's about to launch a neurodiversity e-learning platform and community hub in Oct 2024.

Noelle is recognized for her contributions to the field, speaking at prominent DE&I events like the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Summit 2024 by SCMP, TEDx talks, and is leading a neurodiversity-focused working group with major financial organizations to address the challenges and opportunities for neurodiversity in the Asia-Pacific region.

Her consulting clientele and training beneficiaries include renowned organizations like Herbert-Smith Freehills, EY, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Société Générale, Standard Charted Bank, and HSBC.

Her qualifications include an MBA, additional post-graduate studies in Corporate Strategy (University of Oxford), and the Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health (King's College London). With her wealth of knowledge and experience, she is uniquely qualified to lead the charge in creating a future where all neurological styles are welcomed and valued, especially in the workplace.
