Benjamin Peirick has been in the lighting industries for over 12 years and has worked for several lighting companies including Philips (Signify) and Hubbell (Current). He has experience in product development, marketing, sales and application. Benjamin is originally from Madison, Wisconsin and holds a BSME from The University of Wisconsin – Madison as well as an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.

Brian Daley has over 25 years of experience in the lighting industry and has held several senior leadership positions with companies including Lutron, Crestron and Cooper Lighting. Brian has an undergraduate degree in Marketing and earned his MBA in 2010. Brian is currently the Director of Product Management, Controls, and Canopy at LSI Industries. In this role, he is responsible for managing the product portfolio, driving growth, and enhancing operational efficiency in the controls and canopy business.

Cecil Thomas has over 15 years of experience in the lighting industry and has held Product Management and Engineering positions with companies including RAB Lighting and Dialight Corporation. Cecil is currently responsible for the Commercial Indoor product portfolio at LSI. In this role, he manages the various product families, drives product roadmaps, and supports sales and operational initiatives to drive growth.

Marc Meyer is an experienced supply chain and procurement professional with over 15 years of experience in the lighting and manufacturing industries. He is currently serving as Director of Product Management, Industrial Lighting at LSI Industries, where he manages a portfolio of 20+ product lines with $35M in revenue and drives transactional process improvements.

Prior to this, Marc served as Director of Procurement at Atlas Lighting Products and Director of Supply Chain at Vernay Laboratories, managing purchasing, sourcing, inventory management, and shipping/receiving functions. Marc has also held various roles at Eaton Lighting and Cooper Lighting, including Strategic Sourcing Manager, Distribution Replenishment and Planning Manager, Retail Supply Chain Analyst, and Distribution Process Engineer.
