Thomas Trimingham has been helping companies in the decorated apparel industry for over 25 years. His has consulted and designed apparel for large retail brands worldwide and he has published over 165 articles for the apparel industry. Thomas currently helps apparel decorators find the right equipment solutions as the Director of Marketing for M&R Printing Equipment, Inc.
Danielle Hazen
SM&RT Technologies Product Line Manager
Creative product developer with broad digital textile print experience leveraging industry expertise for e-commerce, manufacturing, and brand activations. Skilled in designing customized solutions and optimizing print platforms, Danielle is currently investigating the development and support of digital textile printing equipment for the decorator/finished goods market. She is passionate about user experience, technology exploration, and sustainable growth. Her experience includes R&D at Spoonflower, Innovation at Nike, and Sr. Digital Print Specialist at TegraGlobal.
Michelle Moxley
Director of Innovation
Michelle Moxley is a career Research, Development and Innovation expert with a demonstrated history of working in the apparel and fashion industry. Skilled in screen printing, special effects printing, Separation, Graphics, Pre-press, Digital Printing and Textiles. Twenty-four years print industry experience with BFA in Media arts, 2D and 3D Animation. Creative artist and printer, always on the cutting edge in the garment decoration world of technology, ink, printing, equipment and art with previous employment at Gildan, Virus, and some of the top production companies. She is currently Director of Innovation at M&R Equipment, in Roselle, IL.
Patrick Lashbrook
SM&RT Products Sales Manager
Patrick brings a wealth of experience in both traditional screen printing and digital printing. In the past, he was a co-founder of Real Thread, which specialized in waterbase printing. He subsequently joined M&R as a digital specialist, training customers on M&R’s computer-to-screen (CTS) equipment. Later, he began working with customers in the U.S. and Central America on basic and advanced screen printing techniques. He then accepted the role of one of M&R’s regional sales managers in the Southeast and was instrumental in the early development of M&R’s Digital Squeegee® and hybrid printing solutions.

Executive Vice President
35 years experience in Specialty Graphics Imaging Industry with a focus on equipment solutions for garment decorating.
1986-1995: TAS Screen-Printing Machines, Melbourne, Victoria and Valencia, California. Held multiple roles to include Plant Production Manager, Technician, President TAS America.
1995-2016: Nazdar Company Shawnee, Kansas. Held multiple roles to include Product Management, Sales and Marketing Management, President SourceOne Distribution Division
2016- Current: M&R Printing Equipment, Inc. Executive Vice President responsible for Engineering, Screen-Print and Digital Product Development, Product Management, and Applications
