About
Radiography codes and standards often require that the detector be in direct contact with the weld. Until today, only film and computed radiography could satisfy that requirement. Flexible digital detector arrays (DDA’s) are now available to the industry. DDA’s bent repeatedly around a curved surface result in workflow time savings productivity benefits. An overview of the technology and applications are discussed as part of this presentation.
