About
If there’s one thing for certain no one, nor all the people analytics in the world, can predict what the future holds. Especially in the event of global pandemic.

However, sharpened focus on health and wellbeing, a drive for better diversity and inclusion efforts, work in a hybrid world and generally pulling people closer to the centre of an organisation, hints at some of the biggest trends HR will be addressing for many years to come.

How critical will technology be in helping HR achieve its goals? How will the need for a ‘human-touch’ push back? And is a world where employees call the shots here to stay?

As the world of work is ever evolving, it is important to take stock of where HR is likely to concentrate its resources in 2022 and beyond.

Join us on this webinar to hear how our expert panel see future workplace trends evolving and where to prioritise budget and resources in the year ahead.

The panel discussion will cover:

• HR’s top challenges and priorities for 2022
• Practical steps to prepare for success
• What the future looks like in terms of employee culture, experience, and engagement
