About
Alongside monumental changes to the needs of the workplace, the needs of today’s employees are shifting too.

As the modern-day workplace continues to rapidly evolve and embrace a more conscious and employee-centric model, it is vital to create an employee experience that meets those needs. As a result, the adoption of formal recognition programs is on the rise – and without one your organisation will open itself to the risks of a fierce job market which shows no sign of waning.

Recognising employees and their needs may seem easy, but getting it right is much harder.

In our latest HR lunchtime debate, in partnership with Workhuman, we will look at why organisations are currently missing out on the benefits of recognition and the simple ways they can improve this.
It will explore:

• Strengthening the connection between recognition and wellbeing
• How to use recognition to better bind employees to company culture and the positive impact culture has on retention
• The best ways to recognise all employees, ensuring recognition remains authentic, equitable and personalised

To find out how you can make your employees feel connected, confident and cared about, sign up to our live HR Lunchtime Debate on Tuesday 2 August at 12:30pm.
