Scott Parker
Senior Application Engineer
Scott Parker is a Senior Application Engineer with HydraForce Hydraulics. He has earned degrees in Mechanical Design and Fluid Power Technology. During his 34-year career, he has held various roles in manifold and valve design, as well as in application and system integration. Scott joined HydraForce in 2000 as an Application Engineer working with several OEMs and Distributors. He is now primarily focused on the upper Midwest region of the U.S. and supporting the launch of new products.

Ross Johannes
Application Tech Services Team Leader
Ross Johannes leads HydraForce America’s Technical Support team and Vehicle R&D Lab. Introduced to the off-road equipment working at his family’s plant nursery, he studied Agricultural Engineering and Fluid Power at University, later joining Bosch Rexroth Engineering at the Bethlehem Pennsylvania location in 2016. Ross worked for seven years in Rexroth Compact Hydraulics, designing valves, power units and hydraulic systems for mobile and industrial equipment. As a valve designer Ross specialized in hybrid solutions of Rexroth’s diverse products and now augments this approach with the inclusion of HydraForce’s leading valve portfolio.
