Perry Timms
Perry Timms, founder and chief energy officer at PTHR
Perry Timms is the founder of consultancy PTHR. He is aTEDx speaker and award-winning writer on the future of work, HR and learning.

Timms is also adjunct professor at Hult International Business School and Ashridge Management School and a visiting fellow at Cranfield School of Management, and Sheffield Hallam University.

He was ranked second on the HR Most Influential Thinker’s list in 2021, one of four appearances on the list.

Kathryn Herrington
Vice chair of the American European Business Association
Kathryn Herrington has over 25 years international HR experience in financial services and technology.

With a passion for talent management, she works closely with global business leaders, building high performing teams at pace in international, growth, and complex businesses.

She most recently spent 10 years at CLS, the global settlement provider for the FX marketplace. Joining initially as chief HR officer, Herrington grew her role to become chief administrative officer overseeing a global team in both London and New York.

She worked closely with the CEO and Board to drive strategy, transformation, scale-up and cultural re-engineering. She also lead the external and internal communications, PR, workplace services management and administration functions.

Prior to CLS Group, Herrington held senior HR roles in a range of global financial institutions, including HSBC, Bank of America Corporation and Merrill Lynch.

Mark Duggan

Mark Duggan is one of the key people leaders within Sage, covering Ireland and the medium business for Northern Europe. He has over 10 years hands on, commercial business partnering experience across financial services, professional services and technology organisations.

Duggan leads on key strategic change projects and applied people solutions to complex strategic problems.

He has a passion for culture and organisational design and effectiveness, driving towards maximising commercial output.
