Aaron Wallace began his career as an Engineering Surveyor in the Royal Engineers. Transitioning into recruitment, he started as an RPO recruiter within the Defence sector. He progressed to the role of Head of Engineering Delivery, where he took responsibility for RPO delivery teams across multiple industries, including Oil & Energy, Manufacturing, and Automotive. Aaron joined Manpower Engineering 12 months ago, where he has been instrumental in building and growing the specialist capability across four key sectors: Defence, Aerospace & Security, Manufacturing, The Built Environment, and Renewables & Clean Energy.

Katrina Goodall is a seasoned recruitment professional with over a decade of experience at Manpower. Throughout her tenure, Katrina has remained dedicated to the Engineering sector, building specialist verticals and acquiring extensive knowledge in sub-sectors such as Print & Packaging, FMCG, Chemicals, Automotive, F&B, OEM (Machinery), Metals, Electronics, Aerospace & Defence, Pharma, and Life Sciences. Currently, she is responsible for the UK&I region, leading a team of true subject matter experts who are sector-focused and led by skill disciplines. Her team also provides cross-border remote service solutions for many GE accounts and is considered an EMEA centre of excellence for MPG within Manufacturing Engineering.
