Sarah Mackenzie is a skilled early years leader experienced in developing and delivering strategy across nursery groups. Her key interest areas include leadership, pedagogy, learning and development, team engagement and curriculum development. Sarah’s particular strength lies in combining high quality educational delivery with operationally effective methodologies.

Sarah is Chief Education and People Officer at N Family Club, a growing nursery group who set out to rethink the way early years education in nursery groups is approached. . Sarah is a member of Ofsted’s Early Education and Curriculum forum and Chair of the South East Ofsted Big Conversation.
