    Day 2 will begin with a keynote session from Bethia McNeil from 1.00-1.30pm.

    Bethia will ask whether we should be rethinking the role of youth work and evaluation during the pandemic. She will provide an overview of recent work on developing an outcomes framework and quality improvement process for the youth sector, alongside an applied approach to measurement. Bethia will also explore the implications of shared measurement approaches for the youth sector, and the types of data that we will need to start collecting together.
