She has launched new products and services around the world, built an award-winning loyalty programme, created and led businesses resulting from mergers and acquisitions, and founded and launched the UK's first online marketplace for Social Care.

She is now Chief Commercial Officer for KaizApp responsible for the growth agenda for the business, overseeing sales and marketing.
