This presentation will look at exercise for bone health through the 2019 Royal Osteoporosis Society document, Strong, Steady and Straight. An expert consensus statement on physical activity and exercise for osteoporosis. The different types of exercise will be discussed, with examples (unfortunately without audience participation this year due to the limitations of an online conference). Falls prevention exercises will be discussed as an integral part of osteoporosis management.
