Remote investing is on the rise.
The number of real estate investors buying property outside of their local area doubled between January 2020 and November 2021. A combination of the pandemic and savvy tech platforms allowed people to invest from the comfort of their couch.
So, how do you get in on the action?
Our next session is a fireside chat with Amanda Jenkins and Michael Kennelly, experts in investing remotely. We’ll be discussing how remote investing can be a financially savvy move — when you’re equipped with the right information.
We cover:
- How to find great properties in other states.
- What’s the remote investing experience like in 2022?
- Common mistakes of remote investing.
- How to partner with local teams to acquire, rehab and rent a property.
Meet our topic experts…
