Daniel Hess is the principal Media & Entertainment Expert for Zuora in Europe. He was born and raised in Zurich Switzerland. Worked for more than 25 years in leading positions in publishing media companies (Bertelsmann, TX Group, Goldbach), entertainment companies (Xbox) or technology driven companies (Microsoft, Swisscom, SAS). He has a deep understanding how media companies and their customers (advertisers & subscribers) interact with each other and what is needed to implement and scale successful businesses.
Before joining Zuora, Daniel was owning Subscription Revenues (print & digital) and the Go-to-Market for all 18 titles of the TX Group in Switzerland.

Lise-Ann is Head of Delivery for the Telegraph's subscriptions technology team, overseeing the ongoing growth and development of the Telegraph's technology approach to subscription management and evolution. Despite a degree in Architecture Lise-Ann found her true passion in technology and delivery with a professional background in healthcare, financial and professional services, and SaaS project management. Since joining the Telegraph in 2018 she has overseen the delivery of some significant strategic projects to ensure the subscription proposition remains engaging and appealing to a broad customer base, and she is proud to be part of a team that works to provide access to a platform that facilitates freedom of speech.
Mike Riley
AVP Northern EMEA, Zuora
Mike is AVP Northern EMEA at Zuora, where he is responsible for delivering customer success and driving business expansion across the UK and Nordics; a role he has held since Jan 2021. Zuora has been at the heart of UK media digital subscriptions for the past 10 years and continues to help the industry innovate, working with companies like The Telegraph, Guardian, NewsUK, The Economist and Financial Times.
Prior to Zuora, Mike held leadership positions in high-growth tech companies including New Relic, ScienceLogic and Acquia.
