As an employee benefits professional, he works hard to find suitable solutions for his clients. By approaching his work with a hands-on approach and an eye for detail, Adam is able to deliver expert advice to his clients and the right products to fit their business needs.

Thanks to experience in his previous positions, he is able to engage with corporate clients of all sizes to work in collaboration and meet their goals.

On a personal level, Adam loves spending time on the golf course or out in the fresh air with his wife and two dogs. As he lives in the south west of England, there are plenty of opportunities to do both!

Tom graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2012 with a degree in Business Management and built a career in pensions and employee benefits, becoming a qualified financial planner along the way. He joined Mattioli Woods in 2022 as an employee benefits consultant.

Specialising in pensions and all aspects of employee benefits, Tom assists clients in providing a comprehensive benefits package for their employees. He is involved in supporting international clients with their UK employee benefits and responsible for consulting SME clients to ensure benefit packages represent a bespoke and engaging solution. Tom is an advocate of promoting financial wellbeing. As part of his efforts, he sits on the pro-manchester Wellbeing Champions Committee.

Outside of work, sport and family take up his time. He is a keen runner and golfer and regularly plays five-a-side football. Away from sport, you can find Tom spending time with his wife and daughters.
