Sam has worked in sustainability for the last 10 years across higher education, professional services and now hospitality. He currently works at Nando's UK and Ireland leading a bold agenda to reduce their impact on the climate crisis across restaurants and supply chain as well as increase community relations and operational efficiency across the estate. He also sits on the Operational Board for the Zero Carbon Forum supporting change and carbon reduction across the hospitality sector and supports Heart of the City on their Board Advisory Panel and is a member of Hiver Beers advisory board.
