Meridith Dennes is currently the Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director of Harrison Rush, a global financial search firm that specializes in recruiting investment bankers and private equity professionals. Meridith also leads Harrison Rush’s efforts in Diversity & Inclusion, where she provides strategic advice, counsel and delivers customized solutions to senior management teams on diversity-related issues.

Founded in 2009, Harrison Rush was established to help the many financial services professionals, who had been displaced by the dislocation in the credit markets, find sustainable employment. Today, Harrison Rush has grown into a leading global financial search firm that provides a wide range of services to a substantial and diversified client base that includes investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds and operations groups.

Prior to joining Harrison-Rush, Dennes co-founded Project Eve, a global community dedicated to helping millions of women navigate their careers. Prior to founding Project Eve, she spent 15 years working in investment banking where she originated and structured strategic funding and liquidity solutions for financial institutions and corporations. Meridith holds a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business.
