We work in an increasingly connected world where an activity, change or event that affects one area is likely to have a meaningful impact on something else. Even in a small organization, any change, however seemingly big or small, can have a big impact. A Systems Thinking approach to opportunities and problems pushes us to take a holistic perspective resulting in effective decisions and real change. While at the same time, making us aware that there are no perfect solutions. How often do you really stop to ask why? You may be surprised by what you learn and where you end up with this simple question.
