Cynthia Gallatin (Cindy) is a higher education leader with over 25 years of experience. Her career has included online learning, curriculum development, teaching, marketing, admissions, and management experience. Currently, Cindy is the Associate VP for Digital Learning Initiatives at the University of New Haven.

Prior to joining the University of New Haven, Cindy was Chief Recruitment and Engagement Officer at Northeastern University in Boston where she oversaw marketing and admissions for graduate and professional degree programs.

Cindy spent over 20 years at Quinnipiac University in various positions, her last position was the VP & Chief Operating Officer for Online Programs. She launched Quinnipiac University Online in 2001, a separate LLC focused on providing instructional design, administrative support and admissions & marketing for all online programs offered by the University.

Cindy has served as an adjunct faculty member at several institutions and has taught marketing courses. Prior to her higher education work experience, Cindy held various sales and marketing positions in the market research industry as well as medical publishing industry. She has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Bridgeport and a BS in Biology from Fairfield University.

Her current interests include the integration of AI in teaching and learning, educational technology, digital marketing, and new educational business models.
