Yustina formerly held positions as the EVP of Research and Analytics at at Emsi, as Director of the The Analytics Center of Excellence at Rutgers, as Director of Real-Time Labor Analytics at Burning Glass Technologies, and as Director of Labor Market and Demographic Research for the State of New Jersey. Most recently, Yustina led research connecting people data and business outcomes at Visier as their VP of Research and Value.

Yustina received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the American University of Cairo and her Ph.D. in Political Science from Rutgers University.

Ned Lomigora has a diverse work experience history. Ned is the founder of 387 Labs, a company they started in June 2021. In 2022, they became the founder and managing partner of Falcon Venture Partners, a role they currently hold. Ned was also the CEO of Infinity Mesh, a position they held since September 2016. Before that, Ned was the CEO and founder of Cape Ann Development Partners starting from July 2013. Ned served as a board member and technology chair of MIT Enterprise Forum of New York City starting from October 2019. Ned also served as a strategic advisor for Bosnia & Herzegovina Futures Foundation from December 2020 to March 2023. Ned co-founded and was the CEO of Zeeen, a promotional platform for authors and publishers, from April 2011 to June 2013. Ned was the sponsorship chair for MIT Club of Boston from September 2011 to September 2012. Prior to that, they held the roles of VP Corporate Development and Managing Director at DENS Partners, Inc. from January 2009 to March 2011. Lastly, Ned worked at Mercury Systems where they held various roles, including Head of Operations/Finance at SolMap Pharmaceuticals (a Mercury spinoff acquired by Forma Therapeutics) from July 2006 to December 2008. Ned also served as the Operations Manager at Mercury Systems from an unspecified start date to June 2006.

Ned Lomigora has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2.5 years on a full merit scholarship. Ned also holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which they completed in 1.5 years on a full merit scholarship. Additionally, they have studied General Management, Finance, and Venture Capital at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Ned has also received a National Science Foundation Fellowship in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
