Ski mask just announced Sin City The Mixtape will be arriving next week on June 25th. Florida rapper began remarking at the start of 2021 that he hadn’t released a project in two years and that he would be releasing music for the entire year. He declared on January 11 that he “can’t wait to drop all year. Skis aid on a Twitch broadcast on July 24, 2020 that an album was in the works and that it may be released in October 2020.
He promised that it would include “clever elements” that would work well with him, and that at least two more music videos and another song would be released before the album’s release. Although the album was not released in 2020, Ski had many performances on DJ Scheme’s debut studio album, FAMILY, which was released on December 4, 2020, and included the long-awaited “Thor’s Hammer Worthy.”

In 2021, Ski plans to deliver three projects, the first of which will be launched in June.
In the clip, a bloodied-up Ski Mask visits a contact seeking artillery, donning a fresh grill, and calling up DJ Scheme to put in a bit of work. As the trailer concludes, a simmering instrumental kicks in, over which it’s all too easy to picture Ski going to town with his signature animated flow. It should be interesting to see how Sin City plays out, as it has certainly been a minute since we’ve heard a full-length project from The Slump God.
In any case, expect plenty of references to film — including Sin City, presumably — as well as animé and video games.
