The Lifecycle of Newterra's MBRs

Marshal’s career in the water and wastewater space spans over 25 years. Starting in Ontario, Canada, he worked for several companies, including Zenon Environmental, an upstart water company that became globally recognized for membrane-based treatment, now owned by Veolia. Marshal has also worked for engineering firms involved in design-build-operate projects across Canada. This experience led him to Florida, where he joined Seven Seas Water, known for owning and operating desalination facilities throughout the Caribbean. Currently, Marshal serves as the Director of Municipal Sales for Newterra, leading the growth of their municipal offerings, ranging from decentralized water/wastewater treatment to addressing contaminants like PFAS/PFOS in global raw water sources.

Romina has been with Newterra for the past seven years, currently serving as the Domain Manager for Decentralized Wastewater Solutions. Prior to joining Newterra, she worked as an Automation Technician for water treatment systems in the mining and paper industries in South America. At Newterra, Romina has held various roles including Applications Engineering, Project Engineering, and Applications Engineering Team Lead, primarily focused on wastewater treatment. Her diverse experience in these roles has equipped her with a profound understanding of the field and positioned her as a key driver of the domain’s growth and success.
