The past year and a half have seen widespread disruptions to the supply chain, starting with the pandemic and then, more recently, the shut-down of the oil refineries in Texas. While those disruptions impacted different retailers in different ways, nearly everyone in the retailing business has begun to change their buying habits and sometimes even what products they chose to carry.
