Stress is a broad and complex issue in a retail environment, and as retail leaders it is essential to remember that everyone handles stress in their unique way. One team member may become more intense and demanding in a stressful situation while another may become quiet and withdrawn. If our teams’ responses to stress are different, so must our approach to helping them through the stress.
In this webinar, we will discuss resources you can use to anticipate and address potential stress early and improve overall communication during challenging times.
