Working towards more equitable systems to empower Black and other disinvested communities to have generational health and wealth. I help organizations and people move towards equitable systems change by first listening and then investing into communities to improve their health. I come from a multicultural background with a focus on public health, health equity, systems change, community empowerment, social determinants of health, and media.

At the Trust, we are working towards equitable systems change through thriving communities, thriving residents, equitable access to care and health outcomes across North Carolina.

The Public Health Millennial is an online platform where we help public health people best navigate their career journeys. Follow on IG @thePHmillennial, follow LinkedIn page, subscribe to my podcast, follow YouTube, and check out thePHmillennial.com/links for more.
