Digital Completions Product Line Manager, Equipment Health

With nearly a decade of energy industry experience, Kayla has recently joined NOV’s digital completions team as the product line manager for equipment health. She is deeply passionate about understanding the specific challenges and opportunities in the completions space, specializing in coiled tubing and fracturing equipment. Kayla also studies industry trends and champions solutions in lockstep with the market.

Kayla received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston.

Colt Ables

Technical Sales Representative

Colt Ables is the Technical Sales Representative for NOV’s coiled tubing and nitrogen product lines. Colt assists internal and external customers with design specifications of equipment and strings to meet their job criteria. Drawing on his 15 years of upstream experience, mostly in operations and technical roles, he brings a real-world perspective to solving challenges in the completions space. Throughout his career, Colt has focused on process improvement through the application of technology to drive more cost-effective, efficient, and safe operations.
