Travis has more than a decade of well intervention and business development expertise that was acquired while successfully leading teams at Halliburton and Superior Energy (previously IPS). He brings a fresh perspective to NOV as a result of his experience with managing technical sales and operations in a coiled tubing service company. Travis holds a B.S. Degree from the University of Texas at Tyler and has also completed advanced business leadership courses at the Texas A&M Mays Business School in College Station.

Mike has more than 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, working primarily for Key Energy Services, Inc in progressing roles of responsibility including Coiled Tubing Product Line Manager and Director of Coiled Tubing Operations. A leader with a proven track record in implementing technical and operational standards, developing industry-leading solutions, strategic planning, and building technical sales groups. Mike received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
TC Boyd
Customer Success Manager, Completions & Data Services
TC Boyd is a Customer Success Manager for Digital Strategy & Commercialization at NOV. He has over 10 years of experience as a completions engineer, field engineer, and continuous improvement specialist. In his role as a customer success manager, TC specializes in hydraulic fracturing and digital solutions, piloting new technologies, and utilizing data and analytics to facilitate process improvement for customers. TC attended Texas A&M University where he specialized in petroleum engineering.
Robert Fairley
Sales Engineer, Digital Completions
For over a decade, Robert has been an experienced technical contributor in the oil and gas completions space, starting his career in the Gulf of Mexico with Halliburton Coiled Tubing. Robert’s expertise is in training and implementation, promoting technical differentiators and services, and ensuring procedural execution in coordination with internal and client operations. Robert completed his Bachelor’s from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
John Pursell
Technical Product Advisor
John began his 33+ years of oilfield service experience in coiled tubing after receiving his B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. John began his career in Lafayette, LA before moving to Houston and then Anchorage, back to Houston then on to Bartlesville, OK in his 13 years with Camco/Schlumberger. A four-year stint at Precision Tube (now Tenaris Coiled Tubes) in Houston followed. John worked for IPS/SPN Well Services in Houston for 16 years where he led the engineering and operational teams before joining the CTES team at NOV. Along with the engineering, mentoring, and leadership roles, John has been involved in technical sales as well as many special projects including coiled tubing drilling in Alaska and the Texas panhandle; coiled tubing deployed electric submersible pumps in the Middle East, and coiled tubing fracturing in West Texas.
Andre Segovia
Completions Optimization Engineer
Andre Segovia is a graduate from Texas A&M University—Corpus Christi, where he earned a degree in mechanical engineering. Andre began his career in oil and gas at Liberty Energy as a hydraulic fracturing field engineer working primarily in the Delaware and Permian basins. During that time, he collaborated with field personnel and customer representatives to optimize, display, and produce reports on hydraulic fracturing operations. Andre joined NOV CTES in December of 2023 as a Completions Optimization Engineer assisting operations and development of the Remote Frac Monitoring (RFM) side of Max Completions.
Kevin Guo
Completions Optimization Engineer
Kevin has over six years of well intervention and completion engineering experience, primarily with ProFrac Services, where he advanced through positions from field engineer to lead support engineer and technical sales engineer. At NOV, he manages the Max Completions platform, overseeing real-time completions data and leading a cross-functional team in developing automated frac well state detection.
Kevin holds a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and has earned a Data Analytics certificate from the university's McCombs School of Business.
