District Operations Manager - Service & Repair
Chris started with NOV Elmar in Aberdeen, Scotland in January 2006. Starting at the ground level, he has worked with a wide range of equipment, developing extensive experience with many company prodcuts including WPCE, control modules, portable masts, power packs, and K-winch products.

In 2008, NOV Elmar developed a dedicated service department. Chris was keen to be a part of this as it would involve working on routine service and major recertification of these product lines. He began to be called upon for overseas work and to attend to customer breakdowns and general maintenance. This led to a dedicated two-year product support role in Norway in 2011.

2013 saw a move into an aftermarket field service role, working offshore, and traveling worldwide completing service, repair and recertification on a range of NOV products. During this time, Chris began to conduct operational and maintenance training for customers on various NOV product lines.

In March of 2020, NOV relocated aftermarket from Houston, Texas to New Iberia, Louisiana. This allowed an opportunity to arise for Chris we he could act as a service supervisor, assisting management with development of the recertification process within the facility. Today, his role is the District Operations Manager for Service and Repair in which he has served since January of 2023.
