Jason is an expert advisor in development and leasing strategies for landlords and developers, with a specialisation in the City Core, Southbank, and Midtown markets. He also extends his expertise to Canary Wharf, Stratford, and the City Fringe. In addition to advising landlords and developers, Jason provides valuable guidance to tenants regarding their occupational requirements within these key markets.

Jason joined JLL in 2014, and with over a decade of experience in the City office market, he has worked on numerous projects within the central London market. Jason is also the current chair of the City Agents Society and was previously the head of technology for the Society.

Bronnie is Head of Landlord Partnerships at Kato. Her focus is promoting collaboration between Kato's Agency client base and their respective Landlord clients through creating a suite of tools that benefit both parties.

Her background in the commercial real estate sector spans the Landlord, Occupier and Agency world with previous roles in retail & restaurant leasing at the Grosvenor Estate; portfolio management for Estee Lauder Companies and, whilst at Cushman & Wakefield, advising central London landlords on their retail holdings and placemaking strategies.

Bronnie is passionate about the power of technology within the sector and is committed to developing products in partnership with all parties to foster efficiency and collaboration.
