Jill Granoff
Managing Partner - CEO, Brands @ Eurazeo
Jill Granoff is the CEO of Brands, Eurazeo’s investment division focused on high growth consumer and retail brands. Based in New York, she is responsible for leading investment activities and overseeing the performance of Brands’ portfolio companies globally.
Ms. Granoff, an accomplished executive with over 25 years’ experience leading consumer-driven companies, is best known as a strategist and brand builder in the beauty, fashion and retail industries. Before joining Eurazeo in May 2017 to launch Eurazeo Brands, she was the CEO of Vince, where she led its IPO in November 2013 achieving a $1B market cap. Prior to this role, she was the CEO of Kellwood Company and Kenneth Cole Productions. Earlier in her career, she held executive positions at Estee Lauder, Victoria’s Secret and Liz Claiborne, where she had global responsibility for Kate Spade, Juicy Couture and Lucky Brand.
Ms. Granoff is currently Chairman of Nest and a Director at Bandier. She has also served on the boards of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Demandware (now Salesforce Commerce Cloud), Cosmetic Executive Women and the Fashion Institute of Technology. Ms. Granoff is a long-standing member of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women and has received numerous awards and recognition for her visionary leadership.
Ms. Granoff received her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Duke University and her MBA from Columbia Business School where she was awarded the Lawrence A. Wien fellowship for academic excellence.
Olof Faxander

Joined in January 2016. Olof is head of the Operational Team which provides operational support to portfolio companies. Olof has extensive experience in leadership roles in large industrial companies where he spent the first 20 years of his career. Since joining, Olof has been driving the Operational Excellence effort and working on establishing and developing Nordic Capital’s Operations Team. Olof is board member of several of portfolio companies. Prior to joining, his most recent positions were as CEO of two large public industrial groups, Sandvik (2011–2015) and SSAB (2006–2010). Olof has an MSc in Engineering from the Swedish Royal Institute of Technology and a B.A. Economics from the Stockholm University.
Fred Ebrahemi

Fred Ebrahemi joined Clearlake Capital Group in 2014 and currently serves as Partner, Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel. Based in Santa Monica, California, Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. is a leading investment firm founded in 2006 operating integrated businesses across private equity, credit and other related strategies. Clearlake has approximately $30 billion of assets under management.
At Clearlake, Mr. Ebrahemi is responsible for general oversight of the Firm’s operations and providing legal advice during the execution of private equity transactions and other investments, legal oversight of portfolio companies and the Firm. Mr. Ebrahemi also serves on the Board of Directors of Trinitas Capital Management, a manager of CLOs and other structured products.
Mr. Ebrahemi graduated with a J.D./L.L.M. in International and Comparative Law from Duke University School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Mr. Ebrahemi is admitted to the bar in New York and California.
