Kieran is a director at PKF Francis Clark and heads up the green team.

Kieran mainly looks after our Healthcare clients, which include GP surgeries and hospital consultants. Kieran is able to advise on all aspects of these, not least partnership and company accounts and tax, as well as company set-ups and structures for consultants.

He also regularly deals with incoming and outgoing Partners, drawings projections, pensions issues and property projects. Also, Kieran is involved with a number of other clients, notably other professional practices including legal firms. Kieran enjoys making complex issues more understandable.

Ian has a portfolio of owner-managed businesses of all types from a wide range of industries, but has notable expertise in the Leisure & Tourism sector. He not only provides accounts and tax compliance services but also regularly delivers tax-planning and business advice on a variety of issues. He particularly enjoys developing long-term relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor on hand all year round.
