Yan Gagne started with Premier Tech 22 years ago as a Mechanical Designer and evolved as Product Manager for 10 years in charge of the FFS Bagging Systems where we had a great success. Then, he was appointed as Engineering Supervisor for 8 years in charge of designing new hygienic food bagging equipment and now, since 4 years, doing Sales to propose the best solutions to our customers who become quickly our partners.

With more than 40 years of involvement in the Milling Industry beginning in 1979, Ian Slimmond cumulated experience in milling for Hard Red Spring Wheat, Soft white wheat, Rye, Durum Wheat, and Oat Milling facilities.
Ian Slimmond advanced into Assistant Head Miller roles, Head Miller roles, Milling Superintendent, Plant Manager, Operation’s Manager, and then Capital Investments Management roles. In 1990 he was part of the owner’s team for the construction of a new state of the art Oat mill. In 1997 he took the lead role in a second new milling unit. In 2000 he took on the opportunity as the Operation’s Manager for a new construction project of an organic durum mill and the start up requirements for this new mill and its other various departments. In 2001 Ian Slimmond took the role of Operation’s management for Grain Millers and worked with the Senior Management team to redesign and rebuild the existing Oat Mill. In 2018 he took on a roll for major Capital Investments and the construction of a 100 million dollars expansion in 2018 to present.
