John Hunter is Sales Account Manager, Bakery & Ingredient Handling with Buhler Inc, based in Minneapolis MN. John has a BSc Biochemistry from Bristol University in the UK. He held production and operations management positions at a number of flour mills, mixing plants, and specialist food processing plants, working for Associated British Foods and Jas Bowmans & Sons for over 20 years. John worked for IMI Vision, a technology development group with IMI plc, leading projects developing new technologies for fluid engineering applications, moving to the US to run their office in Osseo MN in 2004. Immediately prior to joining Buhler, John worked for Novozymes North America, as Customer Solutions Group Leader. John has experience in a wide range of processes including the production of baking and confectionary mixes, specialist mixing plants, wheat milling, wheat wet processing, specialist heat treatment plants, air classification processes. John is a certified Project Management Professional.
