Alice Calmettes is a bilingual program manager, with years of experience both in Canada and abroad. She has extensive experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and diversity and inclusion. She oversees the delivery of the BCCA Integrating Newcomers program, a pre-arrival service dedicated to helping experienced professionals find their fit in the construction industry in Canada. Throughout her career, she has consistently prioritized maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, actively participating in collaborative decision-making, and effectively coordinating project teams.

David Frattini brings insights into the issues and needs of prospective immigrants to Canada. He has built successful relationships with many stakeholder groups that range from professional associations to settlement services for newcomers.
