Heather is an Assistant Director of Advice & Financial Planning with Principal. She serves as the Chief Product and Sales Officer of Principal Advised Services, an affiliated digital Registered Investment Advisor and is responsible for the ongoing leadership and management of customer-facing teams supporting advisory products. In addition, she works frequently with senior leadership regarding advice strategy and initiatives while providing thought capital for internal and external media communications. Her primary work includes advice tools and product development as well as service delivery for current and future offerings impacting retail customers and former participants across all channels. Heather is both a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and a Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS®) with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.
